A little about my journey.

I began fluid pour painting during covid as an experiment. I discovered my passion. Painting made my spirits soar. The nature of fluid pour painting is that you never know the end result until it stops moving and is dry.

I was encouraged by an artist I know,to get prints made and a search for a nearby printer started. What are the chances that I found The Design House less then 5 minutes from my house. Since I live in a small hamlet located on the shore of Lake Erie,Ontario,Canada this seemed too good to be true. The owner Jill and I have become good friends and through her I discovered print on demand(POD). My abstract paintings were perfect for this application.

I started with beach bags that I sold at a farmers market. My product line grew. I sold umbrellas, purses, functional products that led to the formation of an online store. I still enjoy success at the nearby farmers market and the in person interaction helps to judge peoples reactions to my items and gives me a chance to test new products .
